(After the AGM and prior to the DSM, a brief meeting will be conducted to elect the EDA executive.)

Individuals wishing to vote for or become a Member of the Board of Directors or a Delegate must be an active member as of April 8, 2023 (21 days prior to meeting date).

Additionally, those seeking to be Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings.
